Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy explains how RADYNTA (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through radynta.com. We aim to comply with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you submit: name, business email and/or phone number, company name, website, logistics segment, target geography, business objective, any message you write, and your consent choice.
  • Basic technical data: our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Session cookie: a strictly necessary cookie that protects our forms against forgery. It contains no personal profile.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and, if you ask, to scope and deliver an audit or service.
  • To keep our website secure and prevent spam.

We process enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form. We don’t sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Website audits

When we audit a website, we review publicly available pages only. We don’t log in, submit forms or access private areas. Audit results are confidential to the client who commissioned them.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run our business (for example hosting and email), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Retention

Enquiries that don’t become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Client engagement records are kept for as long as needed for the engagement and for legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect processing already carried out. Contact us through the contact form.

Grievances

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact us first and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
